- Take a Technology holiday – you would be amazed at how liberated you will feel and how much your mind takes a rest!
- Turn you phone off for an hour each day
- Do not check your phone first thing in the morning and wait until you have had breakfast before addressing work emails.
- Do not check your phone before you go to sleep – this can induce insomnia problems.
- When in a social setting do not keep your phone out.
- When in a meeting put your phone on silent.
