Tech-Health – 6 top tips to managing your Smartphone.

  • Take a Technology holiday – you would be amazed at how liberated you will feel and how much your mind takes a rest!
  • Turn you phone off for an hour each day
  • Do not check your phone first thing in the morning and wait until you have had breakfast before addressing work emails.
  • Do not check your phone before you go to sleep – this can induce insomnia problems.
  • When in a social setting do not keep your phone out.
  • When in a meeting put your phone on silent.
