Communications & Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS)
All telecommunications providers in the UK are legally required to offer an independent dispute resolution service to their customers. Abica are members of CISAS. This is an Ofcom-approved scheme that individuals and small businesses can use to settle disputes with member companies.
Federation of Communication Services (FCS)
The Federation of Communication Services is the UK Trade Association for the communications services industry representing businesses delivering products and services to customers by radio, mobile, fixed and IP telephony. FCS is at the heart of the competitive and liberalised industry providing a voice for the competitive companies that deliver innovation into the UK market.
Federation of Small Businesses (FSB)
The Federation of Small Businesses is the UK’s largest campaigning pressure group promoting and protecting the interests of the self-employed and owners of small firms. Formed in 1974, it now has 215,000 members across the UK.
Scottish Council for Development and Industry (SCDI)
The Scottish Council for Development and Industry works to strengthen Scotland’s competitiveness by influencing Government policies to encourage sustainable economic prosperity. It is a broad-based economic development organisation, with membership drawn from business, trades unions, public agencies, educational institutions, local authorities, and the voluntary sector.
Glasgow Chamber of Commerce
The Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, founded in 1783 is the oldest Chamber in the English speaking world. The Chamber supports its members by influencing local and national Government, championing the issues that matter to businesses and running a series of events for training and networking.Statutory Requirements
