4G will boost the British Economy

May 29, 2012

It has been proven that access to 4G for UK businesses will increase productivity insurmountably.

Everything Everywhere has recently commissioned a survey that confirms this. It would allow consistent access to Cloud Services, which could give employees flexibility and allow smaller companies to keep up with the competition.

The ability to engage with colleagues, clients and suppliers Through the cloud as a result of 4g, could allow UK businesses to sustain their position in international market. Half of the countries on the G20 List of the world’s biggest economies already have 4G, leaving the UK behind. Adding this world class infrastructure will make the UK more globally competitive.

The amount of executives and business owners using mobile devices to access the internet, files, data and to communicate quickly is growing fast.

Everything Everywhere says a 4G rollout will unlock £5.5 billion of direct private funding into the economy by 2015 and more importantly create or safeguard 125,000 jobs.

Everything Everywhere has also launched a website at www.4GBritain.org for organisations and individuals to learn more about 4G and say what they want to be introduced in the UK.

The website features commonly asked questions about 4G and includes this research from Capital Economics, with links to other independent reports on the benefits of 4G mobile broadband on the society and economy.
